This portal, designed to meet sales, marketing and technical needs, has been redesigned to improve its ergonomics as well as to increase the level of customer skills through digital training.
In the current context due to the health crisis, new regulations and restrictions have profoundly changed our working habits and meetings at trade fairs or seminars are more difficult to organise. Launched last March, the PNY PRO Partner HUB platform (pnypartnerhub.com) enables you to maintain a link with your customers and ensure the necessary proximity to remain efficient in a constantly evolving market, offering increasingly complex technologies.
This platform, which is only accessible to PNY wholesalers, resellers and distributors, has been redesigned to provide a more enjoyable user experience as well as new educational content. The “resource centre” section has been thoroughly revised. It allows customers to access a varied source of content (images, product sheets, certificates, etc.). Some sections have been improved, in particular:
– “Training”: this section now has a large number of thematic training courses (architecture, data centre, etc.) accessible via webinars or PowerPoint documents. Ultimately, PNY aims to offer academic and certification training.
– “Pricing”: now allows direct price requests for a particular product reference or configuration, for all sectors including developers and education.
